We're looking for people to join Enterprise Services in our Engineering and Group Operations teams, for our 2022 Graduate Program.
Enterprise Services is responsible for world-leading application of technology and operations across every single aspect of CommBank – from innovative product platforms for our customers, to essential tools within our business.
We're committed to building world-class engineering capability. We are looking for people to be part of the high performing Engineering teams in one of the largest and most forward thinking technology houses in Australia. You will contribute to our technology and operations innovations within industry-leading teams while you're supported and empowered to navigate and invigorate your career.
Our 18 month program offers a tailored experience with two 9 month rotations. You'll do your first placement in an Engineering team, and can continue to focus on Engineering disciplines or be supported to get involved in our Cyber or Technology teams.
Group Operations is the strategic centre of the Group. We aim to make life simpler and safer for our customers, thereby enabling our businesses to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. We're commercial and people-focused, ensuring change is sustainable, successful and rapid. We deliver the products and services of the bank to our customers and ensure our processes operate in line with operational risk best practice.
We are building operational leaders of the future, and welcome anyone with an interest or experience in Operations. A passion for technology is
encouraged but not required. You'll work within supportive teams and develop your skills while you contribute to our technology and operations innovations.
