Legal Services partners with the Group's business units to assist them in achieving their strategic goals and priorities through the provision of expert, commercially focused legal advice. There are wide range of opportunities in Legal Services, and can range from supporting our customer-facing business to working on complex transactions and legal matters.

SEE YOURSELF IN OUR SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM

Our 10-week program starting on 26 November 2018, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll be given full support and training to help you decide if CommBank is the right fit for you.

Working in Legal Services, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of internal legal teams to develop a detailed understanding of the Bank's legal practices, and assist in providing advice on a variety of matters for different business units within the Group.

WE'RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM YOU IF:

  • You're an innovative and analytical thinker
  • Adaptable and agile in nature – no one day is the same in our graduate program
  • Digitally and technology savvy – we want you to leverage and champion our marketing leading technology platforms
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand permanent resident or citizen at the time of application (essential)
  • Are in your penultimate (second last year) of your university degree, or if you are doing a double degree, you must be in your penultimate year of your overall studies (essential)
  • You have achieved at least a credit average across your university degree (essential)
