Business, Corporate & Private Banking comprises of the following streams: Business Corporate Banking (BCB), Commonwealth Private, and Small Business Banking (SBB). We work with customers from a diverse range of industries and backgrounds whose sizes are either small to middle size businesses to large corporates with a turnover of >$10m. Our Commonwealth Private stream works with high net worth clients with a household income in excess of AU$450K or borrow AU$2.5million or more.

SEE YOURSELF IN OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM:
As part of our 18 month program, our tailored experience has a 4 rotation structure which allows you to experience a variety of our 8 Business & Private Banking (BPB) streams. Through these rotations, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of BPB, have continued learning opportunities and be able to develop your analytical as well as relationship building capabilities.
You will have your first and last rotation in the stream you begin the program in, with flexibility to preference your second & third rotation in any other BPB stream.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on a number of BPB wide projects, which will give you the opportunity to make an impact in front of our senior leaders.

You will receive extensive training and development, including our 2 week Graduate Academy based in Sydney at the beginning of your program as well as attending a number of development conferences as part of the program!
