We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
As part of our Technology Graduate Program, we have multiple opportunities for commercially-minded graduates to join teams within Strategy & Transformation and across our Operations teams, dedicated to driving transformative strategies and sustainable performance improvements across Enterprise Services and the Group. This focus is across a range of initiatives that form continued simplification and modernisation of the Bank's technology.
Teams may span Digital Operations Innovation, Business Insights & Analytics, Group Operations Productivity to name just a few.

As part of our 18 month program, our tailored experience has two 9 month rotations offering choices across the full gamut of our Technology & Operations. Through these rotations, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of one of the largest and most forward thinking technology environments in Australia.
