Business & Management

As a graduate in the Human Resources stream, you will have a rare opportunity to explore the world of HR within a global healthcare organisation that works with stakeholders across multiple areas from research, manufacturing, quality and support functions.

Our program gives you the chance to work alongside the HR team and get involved in a range of activities/responsibilities from recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, investigations, engagement strategies and routine HR matters enabling you to stretch your theoretical learnings of HR into the real world.

You will have opportunities to:

  • Deploy solutions across a range of Human Resources areas including HR business partnering, employee relations, change management, talent management, performance management, total rewards and employee engagement.
  • Source talent for key open positions and proactively build talent pipelines for future strategic needs.
  • Drive culture change and diversity through delivering employee engagement initiatives in line with Global HR strategic direction.
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees and managers for resolution of routine HR queries and interaction with our HR service centre
  • Support and execute people processes, programs and initiatives aligned with CSL's HR and business strategies.
