Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to our Mercedes-Benz Truck and Bus Marketing Manager. Key tasks will include developing and executing campaigns, supporting the national Mercedes-Benz Truck Dealership Network to ensure adherence of corporate guidelines, producing point-of-sale materials, coordinating with advertising and media agencies, and performing inventory maintenance of marketing materials. You will also provide marketing administration with local and international systems support to internal and external stakeholders.

Our 12 month IBL program is based at our Head Office in Mulgrave and will provide you with the opportunity to begin your Marketing or Communications career with a prestigious global brand. We offer fantastic on the job work experience combined with professional development opportunities to enable you to kick start your future. The program will commence mid-January 2019. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until end of January 2020.

What we are looking for:
You are an undergraduate student currently completing your second year or have at least one year of your tertiary qualification remaining in Marketing, Business or similar (as at January 2019). You possess exceptional interpersonal skills which will enable you to build relationships at all levels. Your strong organisational and time management skills will be essential to your success in this program, as is an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. As an aspiring Marketing professional, you will have high attention to detail and have a good understanding of marketing principles.
