We are proud to foster a supportive, safe, empowering and inclusive environments for LGBTI+ people at Deloitte Australia. We are an employer of choice for LGBTI+ Inclusion, having achieved the level of Gold employer through the Pride in Diversity Annual Workplace Equality Index (AWEI).

GLOBE is our gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex (LGBTI+) leadership forum and member community. During the year we celebrate events like the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) and Wear It Purple Day.
