Being shift work, hours are very rigid, and some shifts contain long periods with not much work to do. Also quite long (9-10 hours on average).

The hours are quite flexible. It is expected, though, that you are in from 9-6.

12 hour shifts 4 days on 4 days off rotating 7am to 7pm then switch to 7pm to 7am. The 4 Days off gives you a good rest and allows you to fit in more life and hobbies then a normal 2-day weekend but the 12 hour shifts, particularly at night are draining.

The hours can vary depending on the projects you are working on and other time zones you need to coordinate with. The work is really enjoyable, so I don't mind if I start early or work late. Deluxe are also quite flexible with hours and time off.
