Management at Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business

8.0
8.0 rating for Management, based on 25 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Depends on business area. Some areas, it's rarely possible to speak to your director. Other areas, you can speak openly to your Group Manager. It's challenging to get meaningful performance feedback, possible because of fear over saying something too critical.

Open door policy (most of the time), and there are even times booked into calendar each week where you can talk to senior management about anything you want to discuss.
