Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
I've found the work culture in my area to be good. They are supportive and flexible. Work culture varies, however, between sections and branches. In general my experiences have all been positive.
Good level of connection with peers and superiors. Opportunities for socialization amongst colleagues. Contributions and opinions are accepted and valued.
Relaxed, a friendly culture that respects the other priorities in your life
The culture really depends on what area you are in. DSS employees are professionals, and they work to high standards, but some areas are better than others at fostering productive relationships, cooperation etc. The structure and hierarchy of the APS takes a little while to get used to.
Work-life balance is very clearly here, colleagues are friendly and usually happy - work together and cooperative.
