Diageo has made a big shift recently in continuously striving to improve the culture � from my experience we have a really solid level of diversity within the company

When it comes to a few categories there is a great deal of work that has been done or is being done for diversity within the company. Simply looking around there is a large number of women in management or ethnically diverse employees. Something else I've also noticed is that the parents within the team are given a lot of support when it comes to being able to leave early to collect kids form school or working from home during school holidays. There is also 6mnths paternity leave available which is fantastic to see!
