Training is excellent. We had a week-long training programme when the graduate program started helping us develop professional skills. These skills were mostly focused around (but not exclusive to) effective communication and relationship building.
There are plenty of training opportunities that's covered by the company. They're currently covering for my CA Program.
Graduate leadership program is all I have done in terms of formal training.
Formal training started from the first week of working with Downer. This provided a good framework for beginning my career. Skills include speaking to different levels of management, organizing priorities when reporting to different managers.
