The Project Management Fundamentals course is great
We have been trained on many soft skills, including communication, presentation, influencing, organising etc. This is training that is not easily come across outside of this workplace.
Within the Downer Graduate Program there are structured training programs which a scheduled frequently. These include not just technical training but work on soft-skills, mindfulness & mindset training.
There have been several development workshops that have been run throughout the graduate program focused on leadership, relationships and effective communication. This has supported the day-to-day training that you get on the job. I have also been fortunate enough to do training in project management and working towards Cert IV in Project Management.
The graduate program has training workshops and conferences which is beneficial for soft skills development.
