Our Sales Graduates work in the heart of the sales team, a team that takes ingenious machines developed by Dyson engineers and then sets much of the direction of local markets in order to get machines into people's hands.
Over the course of the programme you'll complete a number of key roles across the ANZ market, working with our Field Sales team, business-to-business (B2B) or National Accounts team to develop and widen your business acumen. After this you'll participate further to really enhance the skills required to be a commercial leader at Dyson.
Examples of our rotations could be in the following areas:
Field Sales - Regional Development Management:
B2B - Dyson Professional (Airblade and Jake Dyson Lighting):
National Accounts - National Account Executive:
There will also be specific project work which will provide you with the opportunity for you to lead and execute projects for other departments across the market. This will enable you to understand how the entire team collaborate to drive sales and deliver results.
You'll thrive in a fast- paced sales environment, leading others and solving problems. Previous experience of working in a commercial environment would be advantageous.
