We’re calling all penultimate and final year students who want exceptional on-the-job learning, in addition to the potential for ongoing casual work to supplement their studies.

On-the-job experience and training

Over a 6-week period in summer, you will work full time, alongside an exceptional, highly experienced team, providing the opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience and training in a professional work environment. 

E&P’s Intern program can provide you with an opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge essential to furthering your career, whilst being paid a competitive market rate.

Ideal Candidate

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• in your penultimate or final year of study for an Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline
• interested in applying knowledge to real-life situations
• team oriented with excellent communication skills
• proactive with strong attention to detail

Suitable applicants will be invited to participate in an in-person assessment day, where you will hear from our leaders and previous interns, and participate in both a group assessment and 1:1 interview. Assessment days will take place in the last two weeks of September, dependent on your location.
