We have put real, genuine effort into minimising our environmental impact by creating new, more efficient products that replace multiple old ones, investing time and resources into creating software features to reduce energy consumption and actively pushing these to our customers. We also have a hardware buyback program to recycle old equipment from our customers. These are all great steps, but I feel that the urgency is not there - we should be driving these initiatives harder towards our customers, as cumulative carbon emissions of our industry is huge, and we are one of the foremost vendors in the space.
