Do you think the world can work better?

Share in our purpose and see the world through the lens of better. Better defines the way we work and starts with asking questions like, what's next? You see, the biggest breakthroughs in the world happen by asking these two small but powerful words. And that's what we're all about at EY.

We'll provide you with experiences that'll shape your career for years to come. Because when you grow, we do too. With EY you can influence the future of your career, the businesses you work with and even the world you live in.

One decision, a lifetime of opportunity

Join us full-time after graduation and you'll be well on your way to achieving your career goals. We'll propel you forward — so you can start to build the future you want immediately. We'll guide you on how to help our clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multinationals in a range of different industries, manage risk, address issues and capitalise on opportunities.

As an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, when you join EY you will get to work with experienced professionals who'll guide you to be your best. You will have the opportunity to learn from an Indigenous mentor and join our Indigenous staff network.

As you progress in your career, you may decide that you would like to join our national Indigenous Sector Practice which operates across all service lines. This is a purpose-led offering working with a diverse range of clients to develop business, education and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities and to advocate for a level playing field socially and economically.

What degree, which service line?

In Advisory, Assurance, People Advisory Services, Tax or Transactions, providing excellent relationships and delivering effective business services requires people from many different subject areas including commerce, law, technology, science, actuarial, mathematics and engineering degrees as well.

To ensure you match your interests and career goals, we encourage you to research our service lines before applying.

Eligibility

To apply for our Indigenous Graduate Program, you are required to:

  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander or both
  • Be due to graduate in 2018 or if you have already completed your studies, your graduation date must be within the past 18 months at the time of application.

EY is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion across all diversity groups. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to provide a positive, barrier-free recruitment process and supportive work environment. If you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at the time of application.
