Office & Workplace at EY Australia

7.6
7.6 rating for Workplace, based on 18 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Location is perfect, right near a train station and the city. Facilities are good - not as nice as other offices but they're definitely quite good. The dresscode has relaxed in recent years and is now a "dress for your day". You can wear whatever you want really, not that many people in the office to judge you anyway

Dress code is very flexible ('dress for your day') and excellent location very near transport

spacious, aesthetic bathrooms, useful kitchens, clean and big change rooms (showers, iron, sunscreen). Close to two train stations, good vicinity, great view. Dress code is smart casual, dress for your day style. Mostly relaxed smart casual and not complete corporate.

The office is nice and open with meeting rooms for calls or teaming. The dress code is great with business attire only required if meeting clients. Most people take advantage of this and wear casual clothing most days.

The office is modern and located in the heart of the CBD. There are wellness and cafe facilities and the office has a hot desking policy. The firm has a dress for your day policy which allows flexibility in the dress code.
Graduate, Sydney
Modern and generally clean. Dress code is formal.

Once we return to the office after lockdown I suspect that the office spaces will be at capacity and overcrowded.

Facilities are well maintained, technology is current, good location. The dress code is too informal, some employees abuse the 'dress for your day' policy. This looks very unprofessional, I do not believe this reflects the image EY strives to put forward.
Intern, Sydney
Office facilities are great and clean, easy to get to and dress for your day is good
Midlevel, Sydney
Very modern, open plan office in the CBD which is easily accessible. We have good end of trip facilities and a cafe onsite just to mention a few. Our dress code is very flexible, whilst maintaining professionalism at all times, we are encouraged to make the right dress code choices based on our client obligations.

the office could use a gym on one of the floors.
Midlevel, Perth
Location and facilities are excellent. Desks, chairs and IT equipment could be improved on some floors.
