Most of the training occurs on the job and working with more senior consultants. Formal training programs do exist also, and consist of off-site problem solving training sessions and more technical based training modules (e.g. excel training).

A lot of our training happens on the job, as you learn from the senior people on your team. This is an effective way to work, and I find I learn skills quickly.
