While each intern’s experience will be unique, as an EY Launch Intern, you can expect to work on real business challenges; support client teams; and maximize your hands-on experience with customizable, virtual learnings. Along the way, you’ll develop an understanding of their four integrated service lines - Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax - and their deep industry knowledge and inclusive culture.

Salary & benefits

The hourly pay range for this job is $23.80 - $41.11.

Qualifications:

  • College freshman, sophomore, or junior status.
  • An excellent academic record in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related subject.
  • Strong preference for affiliation in organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups.
  • A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society. 
  • A genuine interest in a professional services career.  
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
