Sent in my CV, then did an online video interview, group interview and had a final meeting with the manager.
One interview followed by a role-play exercise that was designed for a group, but only I did it due to the nature of the role
I was a last minute find the day before group interview so I had a difference experience to others. However I enjoyed the group and 1-1 interviews. I felt it was done effectively and those that were chosen were the standouts.
