First alarm goes off and it's time to start getting ready for work. Followed by a quick breakfast before starting my commute to the office.

A short bus ride to work.

Arrive at work and get ready for the day’s activities. I start by checking my daily tasks, emails, candidate searching and completing any work that I need to do.
In the last week of my internship, I reviewed my work performance to determine whether I was achieving my targets.
9.00 AM
Before starting my day at Fuse Recruitment, I have a pre-start briefing with my senior consultant. During this meeting, we discuss the daily task schedule, review what's happening for the day, and reflect on any areas of improvement for my work. This helps me stay on top of my tasks and ensures that I am constantly growing and improving in my role.
9.30 AM
At work, my primary system is Bullhorn. Using this platform, I search for candidates that match the job requirements and seek them out.
Another crucial aspect of my daily tasks is creating candidate profiles by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. I occasionally handle flagging to filter and respond to candidates online via Broadbean.
I also had the opportunity to learn how to use advertisements to attract candidates to our job postings and highlight the benefits of working with our company. It is amazing what marketing can do.
12.30 PM
Lunch time! Usually, I will bring my lunch and have lunch in the office to build up the relationship between my new colleagues.
4.30 PM
Before my senior consultant leaves for the day, I have a quick catch-up meeting to update them on the completion of my daily tasks and to report any outstanding items. This ensures that my work is up-to-date and that any necessary follow-up is communicated before the end of the day.
5.00 PM
Time to get back home. Today is a nice day. Completed all daily tasks with good feedback.
6.00 PM
Once I arrive back home, I take a shower, and prepare for dinner!
