I initially had a phone call with my manager and was then invited to have an interview where I could meet the rest of the team. After this, I was sent a blog topic to work on and a link to complete some skills and psychometric testing

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
I think the best thing to do is to keep in mind that, at the end of the day, you're just having a conversation. It's normal to feel nervous before and during a job interview and, as a recruitment company, our team knows this as they see it every day. I think the best way to prepare for the interview would be to do some research about the company that you can talk about how your skills/experience could apply to your role here
