The recruitment process:

In your application, you may be asked to provide a preference (e.g. location). By choosing your preferred option, you will not be excluded from other options, it is just to help us filter information more effectively.

We want you to have a positive experience, and at GHD we do this by utilising technology to keep the process timely and easy to complete. We know you are busy, so we may use processes such as video interview (pre-recorded) and psychometric assessments (online) that you can complete at a time/place convenient for you. If your application passes the initial shortlisting stage, then you will be invited to complete one or both of these assessments within a set deadline. We will give you the instructions at the time, but as a guide, you will have approximately 72 hours to complete these from when the invite is sent. As most communication is via email, we recommend that you use an email address that you check regularly. We expect to hold final interviews in May, with offers confirmed by early June.

As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce. GHD is an equal opportunity employer. GHD is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunities and invites applications from people of all nationalities, genders, and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Upon request, GHD will provide reasonable accommodation for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment and selection process.
