In terms of how I fit into the diversity of the company, I feel heard, respected and proud to be at GHD

From what I've seen so far, you get a good mix of ethnicities here. I think they make a big effort to create a safe space for LGBTQA+ people and provide educational opportunities for people to learn more about this. They do cater parental leave which is very good. I'm not entirely sure of the people in the wider leadership positions but within my team there is a good mix of women in leadership

There are committees for women in engineering, pride committee, cultural committee, neurodivergent committee etc. so they make an effort to ensure these voices are heard at a higher level. They also set diversity goals/targets for recruitment e.g 40% women by 2030.

We recently updated our parental leave policy and reintroduced a career comeback program for people who had to leave the workplace. We have flexible hours and wfh options. Employee resource groups for several communities and work to improve uptake in several underrepresented communities

Quite committed actually. Lots of upcoming calendar invites, meetings, emails, headsup and initiatives in the social setting to promote diversity.
