My managers are very easy to speak to, great mentors and very inspirational. I feel like they care about me and my career

I think my managers were great - again there is a level of a hands of approach which can sometimes leave you feeling a bit confused if you don't have a direction to go in at the beginning. However they are responsive and help work, work for you.

They are readily accessible and available. Mary Wood is the best manager and always provides timely guidance. I feel like I could approach anyone of them without hesitation.

My boss (Priscilla) is great, I couldn't ask for a better boss. She is accessible, mentors extremely well and understand the position of my career at the moment. She knows I am a grad and I make mistakes and is really good about teaching me how to overcome these mistakes. My team leader is good but I feel she is a bit of a micro manager and it can often bring down morale personally.

There are great mentors and peers around. The Business group leaders are really great. You will have 2 check ins per year to review development.

easily accessible for personal and professional businesses

I personally have a really good manage with a lot of communication. We have scheduled fortnightly catch ups to discuss what I'm doing, how I'm enjoying it, what I want to be doing. There's always opportunity to express interest in other things. They want you to succeed within the company so will generally do what they can to make sure you are doing what you want and enjoy. E.g I expressed interest in work another team was doing, so my manager reached out to them and I was able to help with a couple of projects

My manager is accessible, and I feel like I can discuss any matter of issue with her as it concerns my work. She is very open with giving and receiving feedback

I think the managers here are really good at their job and are really approachable

Don't really feel like mentors. More of mentoring to get the work done & jobs out of the door.
