We are looking for passionate, high-performing and motivated students to join our Industry Based Learning Program commencing in January 2020. This 6-month program enables penultimate and final year undergraduate students to gain valuable work experience in a global pharmaceutical business focused on enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer.

We are looking for interns with ambition, passion and a proactive approach. You will be a clear, effective communicator who can quickly build rapport with a wide range of people. You are a real team player who actively collaborates with others. In addition, you'll have an analytical mind and a talent for multi-tasking.

As a Finance Intern at GSK you will be a key member of the Commercial or Global Manufacturing & Supply sector of the business. This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced, cross functional, in-country finance team in a multinational business. Various projects will be undertaken throughout the year as part of the quarterly and annual planning process in addition to process improvement opportunities and preparation of month end accounting cycle reporting.

  • You must be in your penultimate or final year of an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce upon commencement of the program in January 2020

Timeline & Assessment Process

Applications close 1st November. Our recruitment process involves eligibility and motivation questionnaire at application, online testing, a video interview and an assessment centre. We're keen to see applications from students studying a Bachelor's of Accounting, Business or Commerce who will be in their final or penultimate year of study in 2020.
