About the role
You will be selling advertising packages to graduate employers who are advertising on this actual website, www.GradAustralia.com.au! Given GradAustralia's mission is to help every university student get the best possible start to their career, you, as a graduate, know how daunting the task at hand is. You therefore have first-hand knowledge of what students are experiencing. You have the confidence and belief to share with graduate employer customers and prospects just how valuable it is to have their brand appropriately represented on Australia's leading graduate recruitment website. You will be extraordinarily good at listending and understanding our customers' needs. Honest, genuine selling is a non-negotiable as well.

In this capacity, you will demonstrate exceptionally good emotional intelligence and people skills, confidence, and commercial awareness. You don’t need to have previous experience in sales, although this would be highly regarded. You do need to be a fast learner, seriously smart, likeable and have the right attitude. We take raw talent and a great attitude over experience every time.
