Diversity and Inclusion at Datacom

The Better Together Program supports Datacom's Diversity and Inclusion activities with the aim that everyone who interacts with Datacom feels a sense of belonging and connectedness. 

Datacom are proud members of Pride in Diversity and Rainbow Tick in NZ. As well as championing our own internal Pride Network. The network aims to raise awareness and continue to maintain a safe, fun and inclusive environment; and to celebrate and recognise our Rainbow Datacomers.
