About the role 

  • Responsible for maintaining data entry in Class Super Software for a portfolio of funds.
  • Draft emails to clients based on ATO correspondence received
  • Assist the team with preparing client letters
  • Assist the smsf accountants with compiling completed SMSF Annual packages (financial statements, tax returns) using Class Super software
  • Assist the smsf accountants with SMSF audit queries (logging into our client Portal to obtain documentation)
  • Assist the  smsf accountants with Annual tax return lodgement using Class Super software
  • Scanning and filing of client documentation and files received

Skills and experience  

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Have an organised/structured approach to workflow
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn and undertake new duties
  • Works efficiently and autonomously
  • Has an interest within the Superannuation and accounting industry.
  • Prior superannuation experience and exposure will be highly considered.
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy with a can-do attitude
