Hachiko Graduate Programs & Internships

Just finished your studies?

Hachiko is the perfect place to get started on a marketing and communications career in the fast-growing IT industry.

At Hachiko, we like to do things differently. Not just for our clients, but for our people. Our business is based on engaging and motivating people to take action. We are committed to inspiring people to do more.

How do we do this?

As a marketing agency, we specialise in channel engagement and customer loyalty programs for large multi-national clients. We create award-winning recognition, incentive and engagement programs for companies like:

  • Microsoft
  • Cisco
  • Lenovo
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Mitsubishi
  • … and many more!

What does that involve?

Every client has a different problem and we work with them to come up with the best solution tailored to their needs. For example:

  • Develop custom websites with unique brand and membership benefits
  • Run sales incentives and promotions, including managing the rewards: cash prizes, trips to Las Vegas and European holidays, latest technology giveaways and more
  • Deliver online learning and enablement content, including webinars and online assessments
  • A range of marketing services: creative design, web development, events, social media, print, digital
  • Have a look at our website for more information and examples

Recently, we even launched an industry-first Carbon Neutral Rewards program to help businesses incentivise positive steps towards reducing our carbon footprint in Australia.

Where do you fit in?

Right now, we’re growing our program management team and we believe that this is the perfect place for graduates to make a great contribution to the business. The program management team is responsible for keeping our clients happy and making sure our programs are a success.

They are the key coordinator between the client and the service Hachiko can deliver, and they are responsible for executing the day to day communications plan and client reporting.

We’re looking for graduates who are confident, learn quickly and can juggle many tasks at once. It’s a great opportunity to get experience in a wide range of marketing and general business skills that will set you up for a fulfilling career. You will build direct, personal relationships with your very own clients – who are often senior marketing decision-makers at large global brands.

A bit more about us

Just like we do for our clients, we like to keep our employees engaged too! We pride ourselves on the right combination of hard work and fun. Our people enjoy a kitchen full of groceries and snacks each week to enjoy for lunch, as well as an office pool table and frequent social events.

We also run some of our own employee incentive programs including an extra day off every quarter based on meeting performance goals and peer-to-peer recognition so you can share the love with your colleagues.

We even have an office dog called Bowie, who’s our hard-working Head of Marketing!

Remote Working

With restrictions easing up in NSW, we are starting to head back into the office. Our company policy from January 2022 onwards is to have all team members in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays, the other days are up to you. This is to encourage a collaborative team culture and to support social events.

Subject to NSW restrictions, new starters are required to complete onboarding and training in the office full time. As you become more confident and independent in your role, you will be able to transition to the standard company policy for remote working.

What are you waiting for? Check out the job posting and apply today! We’re looking forward to meeting you.
