Managers are very accessible we work one on one with them every day. Feedback is okay, could be better.

The office is clean, bright, airy and spacious. Dress code is relaxed (for a law firm - no ties or suits unless meeting with clients etc) with genuine casual Fridays. There's a free gym too.

By industry standards the pay is good. Bonuses are also good but the focus is now on offering less bonuses but making them larger. Free firm lunch every Wednesday. Kitchen with excellent chefs that cook dinner if you have to work late.
