Depends on the rotation: In projects: Contractor management and driver management, Environmental, safety and traffic management systems, client requests, contract management, test result monitoring, tracking KPIs, etc. In aggregates: Learning about drilling and blasting, sales, technical, production, machine operation, quarry management, etc. In concrete: sales, technical, production of concrete, site coordination, management of concrete plants, environmental and traffic management, safety, etc. Your day to day responsibilities are highly dependant on your focus areas.

My role is to coordinate and look after our current projects for Vic aggregates, and ensure that the customer has clear lines of communication. Day to day responsibilities are to visit sites where deliveries are critical and ensure they get the service required to ensure the job rolls smoothly.

Integration of newly acquired business and project management for capital projects.

Coordination of mobilisation and demobilisation of mobile batch plants, planning supply to customers, EMP & TMP planning, stocktakes and other admin duties. My days vary depending on different project demands as I'm working on multiple projects at the same time.
