The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program. The program is designed to provide the candidate with job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end integrated supply chain before securing a position within the organization. These rotations will be in the Engineering career paths and will expose the candidate to the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, and improving product quality. Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement, and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
