Good structure, lots of cross collaboration between teams
Everyone is treated equally to an extent, Directors are approachable and there is a team that runs social events for team bonding etc
Hood Sweeney is always encouraging a social culture through holding many social events throughout the year. My team holds short daily meetings so we can communicate with each other and work effectively as a team.
Hood Sweeney's culture is one of the best parts about working here. The firm is structured into various service lines (IT, accounting, finance, corporate services and financial planning) and the cooperation amongst these service lines is used to deliver the best possible outcome to the client. The firm also has a strong social aspect with many events throughout the year.
Culture is great - during office hours it is a very team focused and supportive environment. Outside of work hours people get along and socialise well, social events are great.
Not set up with a rigid hierarchy. Working together in smaller teams, assisting other team when required. Good social atmosphere due to the number of younger people
