Very diverse and has a zero tolerance to discrimination policy
HS do not discriminate, they often allow mothers who have just had children to come back part time but do not have to give up their role even if it is a manager role, this is something I admire about Hood Sweeney.
No barriers here, no one discriminated against and the workplace is very diverse.
