Why did you decide to join the construction industry?
My Dad. He is also in the Construction industry, he suggested it as a career path, so I gave it a go and ended up really enjoying it.
Why did you choose to join Icon?
I had heard great things about Icon as a company and the people who worked for them, which was appealing to me when deciding which company I would like to join.
What things have you really enjoyed doing at work?
Being out on site and getting to be involved with the start to finish process of a building whilst constantly learning new things.
What are some of the challenges that you have faced on site?
The challenges associated with time restraints in particular when dealing with authorities.
Can you describe some of the key things that you have learned since you joined the company?
I have learnt a lot of things since joining the company, some of the key things would involve the Contract Administration process, the OHS procedures and the design process.
How would you describe the team environment?
Great. Every site team I have worked with have all been very involved and willing to help each other out.

The culture/people.
What advice would you give to new Graduates or Cadets joining the team?
Be willing to give everything a go.
