Responsibilities:

  • In this internship, you will be working alongside a world-class SOC Design verification team within the Xeon Engineering Group (XEG) delivering on next-generation Xeon products/IPs for Server markets.
  • Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
  • Job assignments are usually for the summer or short periods during breaks. Used for jobs with a higher market rate than standard tech jobs.

Inside this Business Group:

Xeon and Networking Engineering (XNE) focuses on the development and integration of XEON and Networking SOCs and critical IPs to sustain Intels Xeon and 5G networking roadmap.

About you

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree.
  • Knowledge of Computer Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Logic Design.
  • Knowledge of Embedded Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Programming skills in any of the programming languages such as C/System Verilog/Python/Perl.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
