Consistent with other companies in my experience. I appreciated that they put the effort to pay for flights and accommodation during the process.

After submitting my initial application, I completed online psychometric assessment and a video interview. I then had an in person interview and medical assessment before being offered the position.

Whilst job hunting, during interviews I was generally always asked the same situational based questions. Prepare yourself with stories to tell the interviewers that paint yourself in a good light. Topics usually covered are Leadership, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Unfamiliar tasks
