Remuneration & Career Growth

Their CONTAINER RATE BONUS provides an incentive for those who want to work faster to earn more money per hour.

Each container is worth a certain amount of money based off the product and average time it should take. It is then up to you and your crew to complete the container efficiently.

Each container rate has an “Allowable Time” for an average crew to complete this in. This is where TEAMWORK comes into play and the more productively you work as a team, the more money made per hour and less time spent on site.

Their Crew Leaders explain what each container is worth before each shift so you understand how much you can make before the shift begins.

Example: 1 X 20FT CONTAINER = $200

  • One crew member unpacks one 20ft container alone, they would make $200. Or
  • Two crew members unpack one 20ft container; they make $100 each.

Depending on the workload each day you can unload multiple containers per shift:

Example: 2 X 20FT CONTAINERS = $400

  • One crew member unpacks two 20ft containers alone, they make $400. Or
  • Two crew members unpack two 20ft containers, they make $200 each.

It comes down to how KEEN you are and how HARD you are willing to work. Your hourly rate for the week is your total container rate divided by the number of hours you worked unpacking these containers.

The FASTER you work = more $ per hour & LESS hours on site.

Make sure that any hold-ups which slow you down on a shift are reported to your crew leader IMMEDIATELY. This way they can charge for it and add this to your container rate total.

Training is provided by their Crew Leaders who are there to answer all your questions
