2022 Accountant - Graduate Program (Start ASAP)

The Role: 

In this introductory role as a Graduate Accountant, you will be assisting our Senior Accounting Team in the following areas: 

• Preparation of Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Companies and Trusts
• Preparation of Financial Statements for the same
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
• Liaising with the ATO
• Other Ad Hoc Tax and general Accounting talks about the Business 

KK Partners Group is a CA practice providing accounting, taxation and business advice to small and medium business and individual clients. We are conveniently located on cosmopolitan Bay Street in Brighton, within walking distance of public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. 

We are a young, dynamic team working in a fun, relaxed environment complete with an automatic coffee machine, fruit deliveries, regular company functions and casual Fridays. 

You will be encouraged as well as financially and professionally supported to further your professional development with the completion of your CA qualification

What we will require from you: 

• Tertiary Qualification in Accounting
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to receive, understand and follow instructions/processes.
• Comfortable with learning and adapting quickly to new software technology and already proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Be proactive, energetic and able to work as part of a team or when required complete tasks autonomously.
• Eagerness to learn and comfortable in approaching mentors to ask questions and request assistance
• A desire and enjoyment of being part of and contributing to a fun and inclusive office culture

This position has an immediate starting date, with the option of working part-time until you have completed your studies
