Culture at KordaMentha
- Average rating for Culture, based on 19 reviews8.9 / 10
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Very positive environment, friendly and encouraging colleagues. Lots of after work social functions.
Lots of young people and very social atmosphere. Everyone is very driven but also fun.
The office can easily transition between working hard when required and then taking a short break for general conversation. Everyone gets involved. The open plan office means that you're able to assist and gain assistance from anyone at any time, while continuing to learn by listening to senior staff discuss relevant issues.
We are a very social team who likes to catch up for drinks on a Friday night and at social events. We really work as a team by sharing our knowledge both within the Restructuring division and all divisions.
KordaMentha's culture is second to none! The KordaMentha social club run a range of events throughout the year from the annual ball to EOFY drinks, a tennis evening and invite staff to participate in the Corporate Triathlon. Despite there being a number of levels between Business Analyst and Partner, the hierarchy is not too structured with Analysts having the opportunity to work directly with partners on some engagements.
