Management at KordaMentha
- Average rating for Management, based on 19 reviews8.8 / 10
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Managers are very accessible, open door policy.
All the managers and above are easy to approach when you have an issue, they ensure you know what is required and can also ask for further clarification if required. The mentoring program is also very effective to allow for furthering knowledge base.
Our firm nails this. We are all close and communicate consistently on all matters.
Entry level, Perth
Managers are very accessible and willing to take the time to share their knowledge and explain situations. We have a formal mentoring system but ultimately all managers are mentors to the more junior staff.
Open lines of communications. Senior people are willing to listen to the queries of more junior staff. Overall, it's really good.
Entry level, Sydney
I would consider most of the leadership team to be 10/10 for their interaction with the staff but there are some notable issues with certain management team members not valuing the lower level staff.
Entry level, Townsville
Each employee has a mentor and we meet regularly to discuss a variety of topics. Performance feedback and recognition is something KordaMentha does really well.
All of my managers have an open door policy and are always willing to make time to discuss any queries or issues.
