How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
I am satisfied with my managers, they are accessible and make good mentors. We have performance reviews every six months (or sooner if required/up to personal preference) in which we have the opportunity to provide feedback to our mentors/the company and receive feedback. Throughout the year we also have the opportunity, as analysts, to provide upward feedback to colleagues at higher levels (eg. Partners, Directors).

Managers are quite good, however they could sometimes be more considerate of juniors' capacities. Performance feedback is quite good, internal communication could be better just in terms of setting an example, praise is appreciated and recognition is not quite there
