We're now looking for an Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator with the passion and dedication to help make KPMG a vibrant, interesting and inclusive environment for all. This position will a part-time casual role for a period of 6 months. You will be working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), based out of our Melbourne office where you'll have close support from the wider team.

Your Opportunity

The Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator provides professional expertise and support to execute the program of work for Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team. They will collaborate with the Inclusion & Diversity Manager and Head of Inclusion & Diversity to develop, implement and administer initiatives to achieve our goals and targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide input and manage nominated projects in line with I&D strategy. Identify and monitor related project opportunities, timelines and issues
  • Project manage I&D reporting, including annual and quarterly reports, as well as
  • I&D updates in monthly department reports
  • Work closely with the I&D Manager to execute, communicate and measure
  • I&D Strategy across the firm, including (but not limited to) Gender, Ethnicity, Disability and LGBTIQ+ inclusion
  • Provide support and coordination for I&D industry-related awards and external reports or benchmarks
  • Work with external recruitment sites focusing on inclusion
  • Coordinate or assist with I&D events
  • Coordinate internal network calls and meetings
  • Contribute to the I&D Calendar of Events
  • Contribute to I&D communications plan and implementation
  • Draft communications related to I&D objectives and activities
  • Manage the I&D internal portal page and contribute to the Global I&D portal page on KPMG Australia's best practice initiatives
  • Regularly report on I&D progress, including targets and survey results or new data
  • Maintain I&D mailboxes and respond to business queries as required
  • Provide general admin support for the I&D department
  • Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on I&D strategy and initiatives. Escalate/refer on where necessary
  • Provide support and guidance to I&D networks and leaders as required
