Application Process & Interviews at Kraft Heinz Company

Few rounds, very involved however expected for the grad program

Behavioural testing, 2 video interviews and a third in person interview.

The interview process involved several steps, including an online form, virtual recorded interview, group online interview & in-person presentation/interview.

The interview process was incredibly rewarding and very early on we got to meet several company leaders.

2 rounds of assessments and a final panel interview

Very long and many steps involved. Plus there was a major presentation to the ELT at the end of the process.

Very standard interview process and assessments that you would have come across when applying for other programs - Behavioural tests, multiple rounds of interviews, group activities and a in person case study/presentation.

I was asked about my knowledge of FMCGs, interest, strengths, weaknesses & facility with Kraft Heinz products.

Come in with an open mind and an eagerness to learn about every part of the company.

Be true to who you are - there is no point lying about who you are to get a job because then you will end up in a job that doesn't suit who you really are
