Working Hours at Leidos
- Average rating for Working Hours, based on 23 reviews8.6 / 10
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Standard 7.6 hours per day. Hours are balanced so far as a grad.
The hours are fantastic. The hours are flexible for starting and finishing each day as long as the required hours are met each week.
I spend probably just over the normal 38 hour week we have. Mainly because there is always a lot to do, and i want to finish work off before I leave. The company is fairly flexible with hours. You are able to work a bit longer on some days to take some time off for another day.
Work hours are fairly flexible so long as at least 40 hours are worked every week. Quite often I will work 9 hour days early in the week and then work 5-6 on Friday. I am also able to come in to work anytime as long as my supervisor is aware if it is an unusual time. Taking time out of a day for doctors appointments or other personal appointments is easy.
office is open from 6am-10pm. You work your 8 hours between these times. If the opportunity arises to work from home, that is also a possibility.
38 hrs a week, with flexibility in each day exact hours. Employees are expected to be in the office for the core hours of 10am to 4pm.
The level of flexibility is new to me and very welcome in promoting a flexible working environment.
The company is quite flexible
They prefer you remain consistent, but there are no issues if you need to come in late/leave early for whatever reason.
Regular hours are 7.6 hours per day.The hours are fairly flexible, for example I prefer to start and leave earlier to try and avoid the traffic. It's also ok if I need to leave earlier for an appointment or take a longer lunch break as long as I make up the extra time.
Graduate, Outer suburbs of Melbourne
Core hours are between 10am and 4pm. Starting and finishing hours are up to the employee.
Quite flexible, we have core hours but there is some flexibility.
Almost always a 38 week The day-to-day hours are very flexible.
From my experience, as long as you fulfill your contractual weekly hours, you are given a large amount of leeway on choosing your own working hours although conditions may affect this such as required availability for projects.
