The best thing about the graduate program was the flexibility. I was able to move between roles through each rotation, providing me with in-depth knowledge of how each IT team functions. I was also given the opportunity to travel to multiple states to see how Linfox’s business units operate and how our IT teams support them in their daily tasks.
