The culture within the company is very strong. Within my team, there's a great emphasis on supporting each other and achieving together. This primarily remains within the work environment, however, the team as a whole gets along very well. In terms of structure, it is quite flat, which assists in collaboration across the team.

The culture in my experience is pretty good overall. It is mainly work- related and I don't believe that friendships extend past office hours too often. Being one of the youngest people in my workplace, I still feel comfortable with my team and the work environment.

Where I'm currently placed the work place culture is fantastic. There is open and transparent communication and collaboration between all and respect and inclusion both inside and outside office hours. There is also strong leadership and management as well as recognition and appreciation for those making a positive impact. Being within a large cooperate company there is a large hierarchy of leadership positions but in line with the company's values there is constant cooperation and teamwork.

Great company culture exists both during business hours and after. Everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives, there is excellent collaboration and open communication, and you will always receive support when working in a team. The team will also express gratitude and acknowledgement to you for your efforts. Outside of work there is plenty of inclusion to social connections as well as wellness and employee support provided by the company.
