Great company culture exists both during business hours and after. Everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives, there is excellent collaboration and open communication, and you will always receive support when working in a team. I'm currently on a plan to flow through all operations and office roles for two weeks at a time to get a understanding of all that goes into operating the DC.

All managers I have encountered have been phenomenal, from middle-level, to the SLT. They have been fantastic at recognising and rewarding performance, as well as providing encourage and feedback. As well as this, they are very approachable and down to earth.

I believe the pay at my company is completely fair and competitive. In terms of bonus, there is no set figure for a graduate, however I have received bonuses for performance on an ad hoc basis. Travel to Melbourne for Graduate Conferences, allocation of mentor, uniform supplied, comprehensive health program, free vaccination, discounted gym.

I have taken part in a number of training and development opportunities both formal and informal in nature. The induction process is very extensive and gives all new employers a sound introduction into the company, as well as an overview of the key polices and frameworks that underpin the work that we do. However, I think the on the job the training is by far the greatest opportunity to grow skills and knowledge bases for the role I have. This has included going onto customer sites, working directly with customers to understand their processes, procedures and requirements. This has also occurred through project work, participating in meetings and learning from the operators as well.

My company is extremely flexible within reason, whether that be working from home when a certain situation arises or going home earlier if you have to start earlier.
