Pay is good not sure about bonuses

I believe the pay at my company is completely fair and competitive. In terms of bonus, there is no set figure for a graduate, however I have received bonuses for performance on an ad hoc basis.

Pay is comparable to the market. Bonuses not applicable.

I believe the pay gets better as you move up, as a graduate obviously you are not earning a large amount which is not too bad as I look at it more like training and learning for the future.

The graduate salary at Linfox is adequate, and about what is to be expected for a graduate program. However, once leaving the program and moving into a permanent role, the ability to quickly progress means that ex-grads can often earn substantial salaries within a few years.

Travel and free lunches

I have received movie tickets.

Travel to Melbourne for Graduate Conferences, allocation of mentor, uniform supplied, comprehensive health program, free vaccination, discounted gym.

Some perks that I have received are a few Linfox memorabilia.

We get good discounts for things, and working in a DC we often get to take home damaged stock

As a graduate you do not receive any perks yet.

in my current role you do not receive any company perks

We sometimes get gift vouchers for the work we do

If you opt to move interstate while working at a Linfox site as a grad, the company will pay for relocation costs. Additionally, Linfox offers support to their employees through an anonymous phone line called the EAP (employee assistance program), which offers services including con=uncoiling, financial advice, legal advice and many other services.
