About the Internship 

  • Commencing: February 2023
  • Duration: 6 months part time, for 3-4 days a week – flexible around your study schedule
  • Immerse yourself into the business
  • Be allocated a buddy from the Management Trainee program
  • Fast track your way into the L’Oréal Management Trainee (Graduate) Program 2025
  • Experience what it is like to work in the emerging field of eCommerce, digital marketing, brand or product marketing and data analytics
  • Exposure to the corporate environment and real business projects
  • Be mentored by and network with graduates and senior experts
  • Opportunities to work across different divisions (Corporate, CPD, PPD, ACD, LUXE)

About you 

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial and innovative interns to help create the future of Beauty. You will be exposed to real opportunities to forge your own path and develop key skills that will assist you throughout your future. Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit are vital for you to succeed in the internship role. 
  
Must have – 

  • Be a penultimate (2nd last year) Undergraduate student and due to graduate in 2024
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organised and ambitious
  • Confidence to network and collaborate with diverse and like-minded individuals.
  • An open mindset, willing to embrace risks, accepts failures and supports growth!
  • Strong focus on consumers and the desire to go beyond!
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ Citizen to apply. Students who do not have these working rights will not be considered.
